Abstract: Education is the foundation of our economy. What and how we learn in school determines who we become as individuals and our success through our lives. It informs how we solve problems, how we work with others, and how we look at the world around us. In today’s innovation economy, education becomes even more import for developing the next generation of innovators and creative thinkers. Innovations in education are intended to raise productivity and efficiency of learning and improve learning quality. Education should not only be comprehensive, sustainable, and superb, but must continuously evolve to meet the challenges of the fast changing and unpredictable globalized world. This evolution must be systematic consistent, and scalable, therefore school teachers, college professors, administrators, researchers, and policy makers are expected to innovate the theory and practice of teaching and learning as well as all other aspects of this complex organization to ensure quality preparation of all students to life and work.
